What We'll Cover...

In The Chemistry of Color class, the main focus is learning how to actually predict and control the remaining pigment no matter what natural level of hair you're working on.

That means understanding the chemistry behind the hair color we use, what’s happening inside the tube, and how that chemistry interacts with different levels of natural hair.

Unfortunately, most of us didn’t get that full picture in hair school. And even when we learned from brands, we often got small pieces of the story, but not the whole story.

So it makes sense that you might still be asking:

➡️ Why didn’t 20 volume lift me 2 levels?
➡️ What kind of remover should I actually be using?
➡️ How do I know if my demi will shift the natural base?
➡️ Can a permanent color act like a demi?
➡️ How do I predict what remaining pigments I’ll get?
➡️ How do I know what volume of developer to use?

We’ll also be covering hair fiber, differences in texture and pattern, grey hair, hair bonds, the difference between hair color and lighteners, how to decipher one color category from another, what's in our tubes of hair colors including the dyes we work with, color removers, and how to make better choices with all of it inside The Chemistry of Color class.

After class day, your learning doesn’t stop.
You’ll get 7-day replay access so you can re-watch, pause, and take it all in at your own pace.

Then once the replay window closes, you’ll get access to after-class activities sent via email that help you keep applying what you’ve learned, because knowing the why is one thing, but putting it into practice is where things really click.

You’ll also be invited into our private Colors with Chemistry Facebook community, where you can keep asking questions, get help troubleshooting, and continue learning alongside other stylists who are doing the work just like you.

Because class day is just the beginning!
