At CWC, we teach color the way stylists learn, visually, clearly, and rooted in the science of how hair color actually works, WITHOUT losing the depth that's necessary to make it all click.
Stylists come to us from all experience levels.
Some are new and just want to understand how hair color actually works. Others have been formulating through trial and error, but still feel like they're guessing. They've relied on habit, instinct, or brand manuals...and now they're ready to go deeper. They want the knowledge they need to critically think through every formula instead of repeating what worked last time.

At CWC, we teach the WHY and HOW using foundational color theory and hair color chemistry: explained simply and visually, without losing the depth of what's happening inside the bowl or on the hair.
